Visa
With the exception of EU citizens, almost all foreign nationals require a visa to enter Germany for a language stay. You can find precise entry and visa regulations on the website of the Federal Foreign Office (Auswärtiges Amt) and on the website of the German Embassy in your home country.
One of several prerequisites for obtaining a student visa is a confirmation of enrollment from the eduGLOBAL language school in Karlsruhe. We will send you this certificate as soon as we have received your registration and the full course fee.
Health Insurance
To apply for a visa to enter Germany, you are required, among other things, to have valid health insurance coverage. Numerous providers are available to you for this purpose.
Should you fall ill or sustain an injury during your stay, this health insurance will cover all costs incurred, or depending on your specific plan, a portion thereof. We recommend researching potential providers of international health insurance in your home country.
